How EAS Agency Transformed Creativa Venetian Designs over 3+ Months

Background:

Mitchell (the owner of Creativa Venetian Designs) joined us in February 2023. He specialises in Venetian plastering and microcement. He is based in Colchester and serves London and Essex.

Problem:

Like most people in his industry, he struggled to target his ideal clients. Most people cannot afford to spend £5,000 on a wall in their home or business, so it can be difficult to find the type of clients who could afford his services.

Furthermore, it is even harder to do this at a large scale. As a result, he had to drop his prices to £80-£100 per square metre and had to compensate with smaller-scale projects (£1,000 - £3,000 per project).

Solution:

Once we realised the main outstanding issue—that they could not get in front of their ideal clients who can afford larger-scale projects and then close multiple of these types of deals within a month—we knew what we had to address.

We used the data from our databases and software, our experience, and their data on their previous customers to create a targeting tool to allow them to get in front of their ideal customers consistently. We then developed our prequalification procedures to weed out time wasters, so that all Mitchell had to worry about was closing deals.

End Results:

After around 45 days of working with us, he was so overwhelmed and fully booked that he had to stop advertising for a few weeks to put the systems in place to handle the workload.

Overall, he had an ROI (Return on Investment) of 30.2X, with four restaurant jobs booked in one month and giving out quotations as high as £40,000.

This then allowed him to increase his prices to £150 per square metre, get invited to the Grand Designs TV Show, and receive even more referrals from the projects that we secured for him (providing him with even more of the clientele and projects that he was dreaming of receiving on a regular basis).
